TikTok Giveaway Picker
Pick a Random Giveaway Winner

Paste the TikTok video URL and draw a fair random winner from the comments, with the rules your caption asked for: tag a friend, comment a keyword, one entry per person.

How the giveaway picker works

1. Paste your video URL

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Reddit or Lemon8 — we fetch the comments for you.

2. Set your own rules

Require tagged friends or a keyword, drop replies and your own account, and choose whether repeat comments earn extra chances.

3. Random draw + proof

Winners plus runners-up are drawn with cryptographic randomness. Export all comments to CSV as your audit trail.

The six giveaway rules people actually run

Across the giveaway posts run through ZocialComment, almost every caption comes down to one of six rules. Each one needs a different filter — and two of them break pickers that only look for an @ symbol.

Tag a friend

The most common Instagram rule

Ask entrants to tag one friend — or three, the other setup people use. Set "Must tag at least" to the number your caption asked for.

Tagging the same person three times is one tag here, not three, so an entrant cannot game a three-friend rule by repeating a handle.

Tag a friend on Facebook

Same rule, different data

Use the same tag rule. On Facebook a tagged friend appears in the comment as a plain name with no @ symbol, and the picker counts those names as tags.

Any picker that only looks for @ scores a Facebook tag giveaway as zero valid entries. Check the entry funnel before you announce.

Comment a keyword

Best for high-volume posts

Pick one word — DONE, IN, the product name — and put it in "Comment must contain". Everything else is filtered out.

Real entries arrive as DONE, done, and "Done ✅🔥". Matching ignores case, accents and emoji, so all three count. Use exact match only when the comment must be the keyword alone.

Answer a question

Highest-engagement format

Ask anything — name our new flavour, which city should we visit — and leave the tag and keyword rules off. Every real answer becomes an entry.

Emoji-only replies and stickers are not answers. They are dropped automatically so a 🔥 cannot win a naming contest.

Vote for an option

Photo contests and polls

Entrants comment A1, Foto 7 or a number. Put the option in "Comment must contain" with exact match off, then draw among the people who chose it.

Votes arrive with spacing and emoji variants — A1, A 1, A1❤️ — so match on the option, not the whole comment.

Follow, like and comment

Common, partly unverifiable

Ask entrants to confirm in the comment ("done", "following") and filter on that word. Verify the follow on the winner's profile before you announce.

No comment-based tool can check follows, likes or shares — those are counts, not per-person lists. Treat a declared "done" as a claim you spot-check.

How to run a comment giveaway, step by step

  1. 1

    Paste the post URL

Copy the link to the TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Reddit or Lemon8 post that hosts the giveaway and paste it into the picker. No login to that platform is needed.

  2. 2

Set the rule your caption asked for

Open Custom rules and set the minimum number of tagged friends, the keyword the comment must contain, or leave both off if any answer counts as an entry.

  3. 3

    Decide how repeat comments count

Keep "One entry per person" on so each account counts once, or turn it off if every comment is a separate chance to win.

  4. 4

Exclude your own account and replies

Add the host and co-host handles to the exclude list, and leave replies out so only top-level comments are entries.

  5. 5

    Draw the winners

Choose how many winners you need and run the draw. Winners are shuffled with cryptographic randomness, and three runners-up are drawn in order as backups.

  6. 6

    Publish the result page

Share the /giveaway result link with your announcement. It shows the winners, the rules used and the entry counts, so entrants can check the draw themselves.

What a comment giveaway can and cannot verify

Comments are a per-person list, so tags, keywords and answers can all be checked exactly. Likes, reactions, shares, saves and follows are counts rather than lists on every major platform, so no tool can confirm them at draw time — including this one. If your caption asks for a follow, ask entrants to say so in the comment, filter on that word, and check the winner's profile before you announce.

Running a festival giveaway

The rest of 2026 is back-to-back giveaway season: 10.10 on 10 October, Halloween on 31 October, Deepavali on Sunday 8 November, Single's Day 11.11 on 11 November, Black Friday on 27 November, Cyber Monday on 30 November, 12.12 on 12 December, Christmas on 25 December and New Year's Eve on 31 December. Two things change on a festival post. Entries keep arriving after the caption's closing time, so set the entry window to that date and time and late comments are dropped before the draw. And sale-day posts run far larger than everyday ones — a few thousand comments is normal on 11.11 — so check the entry funnel to see how many entrants the free first-100 draw covered before you announce a winner.

Deepavali and 11.11 fall three days apart this year. They are two posts and two draws, each with its own winners, runners-up and result link — the link stays live for 30 days, which covers the gap between drawing in November and delivering the prize in December.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pick a giveaway winner on TikTok?

Paste the video URL above, set the rule from your caption and click Pick Winner. The picker reads the public comments, removes duplicate entries from the same account and draws the winner with a cryptographically random shuffle.

Do I need to log in to TikTok?

No. The picker reads public video comments the same way a logged-out browser does. No TikTok login, password or connected account.

Can I filter by comment language on TikTok?

Yes. TikTok reports a language per comment, so you can limit the draw to entries in the languages your giveaway was open to. This filter is TikTok only.

Can I ignore comments I liked as the host?

Yes. TikTok exposes whether the creator liked a comment, so you can drop those from the draw, for example replies you liked before the giveaway closed.

How does the comment picker work?

Paste your video URL and we fetch the comments, remove duplicate entries from the same person, apply your filters, and draw winners with a cryptographically random shuffle — completely fair, no favorites.

Is it really free?

Yes — unlimited draws, no signup, no daily limit. Each free draw covers the first 100 comments of a post. If your post has more entries than that, the picker tells you exactly how many were left out and you can unlock the whole post with a one-time payment, or a 3-Day Pass if you run giveaways regularly. Never a subscription.

What do I get when I pay?

The draw runs again over every comment on the post instead of the first 100, you can re-draw as many times as you like, and the full comment list is available as CSV. The result page updates in place, so the link you shared keeps working.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Reddit and Lemon8. Paste any post or video URL.

Can I require entrants to tag a friend?

Yes. Under Custom rules, set how many friends must be tagged — 1 to 5. Tagging the same person three times counts as one tag, and on Facebook, where tagged friends appear as plain names with no @, those are counted too.

Can I require a keyword like DONE?

Yes. Type it into "Comment must contain" and only matching entries are drawn. Matching ignores case, accents and emoji, so DONE, done and "Done ✅🔥" all count. Switch on exact match if the comment must be the keyword and nothing else.

Does someone who comments five times get five chances?

Your call. "One entry per person" is on by default, so each account counts once no matter how many times they comment — the honest default when one account can flood a giveaway with hundreds of entries. Turn it off and every comment becomes a separate chance.

Can it check whether entrants followed or liked?

No, and no comment-based tool can — follows, likes and shares are not in the comment data. If your rules include them, use a keyword like DONE so entrants declare it, then verify the winner manually before you announce.

My giveaway closed at midnight but comments keep coming in. Can I exclude late entries?

Yes. Open More rules and set the entry window to the closing date and time from your caption — comments posted after it are dropped before the draw, so a Deepavali or 11.11 post that keeps collecting entries all week still draws only from the people who entered in time.

My 11.11 post has thousands of comments — can I draw from all of them?

A free draw covers the first 100 comments, and the entry funnel tells you exactly how many were left out. Sale-day posts on 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12 routinely pass a few thousand comments; unlocking the post with a one-time payment draws across every entry, allows unlimited re-draws and includes the full comment list as CSV. Never a subscription.

Can I prove the draw was fair?

Every draw gets its own public result page at /giveaway/<id> showing the winners, runners-up, the exact rules used and the entry funnel — share that link with your announcement. For a full audit trail, export the comment list to CSV as well. Result pages stay online for 30 days.
