Terms of Service

The service

ZocialComment exports publicly visible comments from a social media post you choose (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Lemon8, Google Reviews) to CSV, Excel, or JSON. It does not post, comment, follow, or take any action on your social accounts, and it does not access private or logged-in-only content.

Accounts

Exporting up to the free limits requires no account. Paid features require an account created with Google sign-in or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, dox, stalk, or target individuals.
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Service or bulk exports as your own product without written permission.
• Circumvent free-tier limits, rate limits, or pricing (for example with multiple accounts, IP rotation, or automated abuse).
• Break the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to access other users' data.
• Use exported data in a way that breaks applicable law or the terms of the source platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Your data and the source platforms

ZocialComment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Google, Reddit, or any other platform. Platform names are trademarks of their owners. Exported comments are public content authored by third parties — you are responsible for how you store, process, and share them, including under privacy laws such as GDPR where they apply to you.

Pricing and payment

All plans are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page and is charged in USD through Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Passes grant access for a fixed number of days from purchase, with the per-post comment limits described at checkout. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect a pass you have already bought.

Refunds

If the Service fails to deliver the export you paid for — the job errors out, returns no comments, or returns materially fewer comments than the post publicly shows — email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will refund it. Refunds are not given for exports that were delivered as described, for change of mind, or for a pass whose time has been used.

Availability and retention

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Source platforms change without notice and may block or throttle access, so uninterrupted or complete results cannot be guaranteed. Completed paid exports are kept in your account for 30 days; download your files before then.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZocialComment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
