Facebook Posts Exporter
Export any public Page’s posts and Reels — captions, likes, comments, shares, views, and dates — to CSV, Excel, or JSON.
CSV, Excel & JSON
Every post as one row — URL, type, caption, likes, comments, shares, video views, date, hashtags. Opens cleanly in Excel and Sheets.
Date-range export
With a pass, export a Page’s recent history or any from–to window — campaign weeks, product launches, month-over-month reporting.
No login, no Graph API
Paste a public Page and export. No Facebook developer app, access token or Page admin rights needed.
Free vs. Pass
Everyone can export for free. A pass lifts the limits and unlocks the richer metadata fields.

What you can do with it
Monitor a competitor Page

Find the posts worth mining
Sort by comment count to find the threads with the most conversation, then export the comments under those posts.
Giveaway and contest audits
List every post in a contest window with its comment count before you pull the entries.
Reels vs photos
Pivot on the Type column to see whether Reels, videos or photo albums drive a Page’s engagement.
Creator and Page vetting
Export several Pages and compare median likes, comments and shares side by side before a partnership.
Content reporting
Pull a brand Page’s posts into Excel for a monthly report — frequency, top posts and format trends over any window.
What the export looks like
Every export is one row per post with 14 columns. Columns marked are pass-only — blank on free exports. Here’s what a CSV/Excel file looks like:

Export Facebook Page posts & Reels to a spreadsheet
The Facebook Posts Exporter pulls a public Page’s posts — photos, albums, videos and Reels with captions, like, comment and share counts, video views, post dates and hashtags — into a clean CSV, Excel, or JSON file.
Who uses it: marketers benchmarking competitor Pages, agencies reporting on client Pages they don’t admin, and researchers tracking what a public figure or brand posted over a period. Every post lands in its own row, so you can sort by shares to find a Page’s best posts or filter by date to isolate a campaign window.
Free exports cover the latest 5 posts of any public Page with no signup. Need more, or a specific date range? A 3-Day Pass unlocks them. To pull the comments under a post instead, use the Facebook Comment Exporter; to draw a giveaway winner from one, use the Facebook Comment Picker.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Facebook Posts Exporter? +
It exports a public Facebook Page or profile’s posts — photos, albums, videos and Reels — with captions, like, comment and share counts, video views, post dates and hashtags into a CSV, Excel, or JSON file.
Is it free to export Facebook posts? +
The latest 5 posts of any public Page export with no signup. A one-time 3-Day Pass, never a subscription, unlocks longer history, date ranges and direct media links.
How many posts can one export reach? +
Facebook serves a Page’s timeline a few posts at a time, so one paid run reaches roughly the latest 120 posts. Use a date range to target an older window, and run it again for the next one.
Can I export Facebook posts by date range? +
Yes, with a pass. Pick a from and to date and only posts inside that window are exported.
Does it work on private profiles or closed groups? +
No. Only Pages and profiles whose posts are visible without logging in can be exported. Groups are not supported.
Do I need a Facebook developer app or access token? +
No. The Graph API only returns posts for Pages you manage; this works on any public Page from just its link.
Is exporting Facebook posts allowed? +
Exporting public post metadata is reading what any visitor can see without logging in. Check Meta’s terms and your local data-protection rules for how you use the data, especially if it identifies people.
Will the Page know I exported its posts? +
No. Nothing is posted, liked or followed from any account, and the Page receives no notification.
What columns are in the export? +
One row per post: Post URL, Thumbnail, Type (Reel, Video, Photo, Album, Text), Description, Views, Likes, Comments, Shares, Posted At (UTC), Hashtags, Post ID, and with a pass: Media Count, Media URL and Alt Text.
Does it export the comments under each post? +
Not in this file. Paste any post URL from the export into the Facebook Comment Exporter to pull that post’s comments.
