TikTok Comment to DM

Find the commenters worth messaging, write one message that fills in their name and their comment, and send from your own TikTok.

Merge fields: {{name}}{{username}}{{comment}}

Free reads the first 100 comments of the post. Bigger post? Unlock that post one-time, priced by its comment count, or use a pass for every post.

No Instagram login and no password. The tool reads public comments only — you send the messages yourself.

Need the DMs sent automatically?

Instagram allows it officially on your own posts: a connected professional account can auto-reply by DM to everyone who comments a keyword. We build and run that for you — rules, message, reporting — with no password and no ban risk.

Chat to us about automated DM

Tell us the account and the campaign. We reply within one business day.

Why this does not send for you

Tools that log into your account and blast DMs get people action-blocked and banned, usually within a day — and the account lost is the customer’s, not the tool’s. This one never touches your login. It reads the public comments, picks the people who match your rule, writes each message, and hands you a one-click thread. You stay in control and your account stays yours.

If you want real automation on your own posts, Instagram supports it officially through private replies to comments on a connected professional account. Tell us and we will build that next.

Only the right people

Keyword, exclude words, one entry per person, top-level only — the same matcher the giveaway picker uses.

Written for each person

Merge their name and their own comment into the message, so it never reads like a blast.

Your account stays yours

No login, no password, nothing automated — so there is nothing for Instagram to flag.

What is comment-to-DM outreach?

Comment-to-DM outreach is messaging the people who commented on a video, one at a time, about the thing their comment asked for. It is the standard follow-up when a caption says “comment LINK and I’ll send it”: the commenter has already raised a hand, so a direct message is expected rather than cold. A comment-to-DM tool does the three slow parts — reading every comment, keeping only the ones that match the rule, and writing a message per person — and leaves the sending to a human.

How it works on TikTok

Paste a public video URL. The tool reads the comments, applies your rule, and returns one row per person with their username, avatar, their comment and a message written from your template. The free tier reads the first 100 comments of any video; reading the whole video costs $1 per 100 comments with a $3 minimum, or is included with a pass. No TikTok login or password is required at any point, because only public comments are read.

Key facts

  • A video’s comment count is not its number of people: repeat commenters collapse to one row, and replies are excluded on the free tier.
  • Merge fields are {{name}}, {{username}} and {{comment}}, so each message names the person and quotes their own comment.
  • Exports are CSV, Excel or JSON, in a formatted shape for a CRM or a raw shape with every field the platform returned.
  • Automated bulk DMs sent from an unofficial session are what get accounts action-blocked; sending by hand from your own account is not.
  • TikTok supports automated replies officially only for comments on an account’s own videos, through a connected professional account.

Free vs. Pass

Everyone can use this for free. A pass lifts the limits and unlocks every tool on the site.

Free

no login

  • All matching rules and the message template
  • CSV, Excel and JSON, formatted or raw

With a Pass

from $9

  • Read every comment on the post, up to 10,000
  • Nobody who commented later gets missed

3-Day Pass $9 on your first purchase, $14 after. Pro passes for posts over 10,000 comments. One-time, never a subscription.

Just this one post? Unlock it on its own for $1 per 100 comments, $3 minimum — no pass needed.

How to DM the right commenters on Instagram

  1. 1

    Paste the TikTok video URL

Any public video. The tool reads its comments — no TikTok login and no password, ever.

  2. 2

Set the rule and write the message

Match a keyword, or take every commenter. The message merges in their name and their own comment, so each one reads as written for that person.

  3. 3

    Work down the list

Each person has an Open DM button that copies their message and opens their thread. Tick them off as you go and the progress bar fills.

  4. 4

    Send from your own TikTok

You send every message yourself, so nothing automated ever touches your account. Spread them out rather than firing off dozens in a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Does this send the DMs automatically? +

No, and that is deliberate. Tools that blast DMs from an automated session get the sender action-blocked or banned within hours. This one does the finding and the writing; you send from your own Instagram, one thread at a time, at a pace you set.

Do I have to give you my TikTok password? +

Never. The tool reads public comments the same way a logged-out browser does. Nothing connects to your account, so there is nothing to leak and nothing for TikTok to flag.

How do I only message people who commented a keyword? +

Put the word in the keyword field. Matching ignores case, accents and emoji, so DONE, done and "Done ✅" all count. Leave it empty to take every commenter, and use the exclude field to drop comments containing certain words.

How many DMs can I safely send in a day? +

There is no published number and it varies by account age and history. A common safe pattern is 10 to 20 per session with a break between, well under 100 a day on an established account. New accounts should do far less. Because you send each message yourself, you control the pace.

Will the recipients know where I got their name? +

They commented on a public post, so the context is the post itself. Say so in the message: people respond well to "thanks for commenting on our post" and badly to a message with no context.

Is DMing people who commented allowed? +

Messaging someone who engaged with your post is normal outreach and Instagram supports it. What breaks the rules is automated bulk messaging and messaging people who have shown no interest. Keep it relevant, keep it paced, and stop when someone asks you to.

Can I export the list to a spreadsheet? +

Yes. CSV, Excel and JSON, in two shapes: formatted gives one row per person with the username, avatar, profile link, DM link, their comment and the written message, ready for a CRM; raw gives every field the platform returned for that comment.

Does it work on someone else’s post? +

Yes, on any public post. Be careful with that: messaging a competitor’s commenters is the fastest way to get reported. It works best on your own posts, where the person already knows who you are.
