How does the $14 3-Day Unlimited Pass work?

It's a one-time payment. After Google sign-in and Stripe checkout, you get 3 full days of unlimited comment exports across all supported platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Lemon8). There is a silent fair-use ceiling at 40,000 comments per export which is well above what any normal post has.

Does the pass auto-renew or charge me again?

No. The pass is a one-time charge — it does not auto-renew, there is no subscription, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to extend.

Can I extend my pass before it expires?

Yes. Buying another pass while one is still active adds 3 days to your current expiry instead of replacing it — so you do not lose remaining time by extending early.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — if the export tool fails to deliver the comments you paid for, contact us and we will refund. For the $14 pass, since it is a one-time charge with full access for 3 days, refunds are issued case-by-case when the issue is on our side.

Are exports stored on your servers?

Exports are kept for 30 days so you can re-download from the same link, then deleted. We do not sell, share, or analyze your exported data — it is purely a delivery mechanism.
